Mark J. Carreño
Project Director & Executive Producer
Project Director & Executive Producer: Mark J. Carreño has a long, illustrious media career that includes the development of television, film, radio, print and Internet creative, marketing and social media for national and international distribution.
While working as KCET-TV’s Executive Director/Executive Producer for the Latino Consortium he was Executive Producer for, VISTAS hosted by award winner Rita Moreno and Executive - in - Charge for the nation’s first bilingual television AIDS special airing on a national simulcast on PBS affiliated stations, KCET and Univision television affiliates.
Carreño created and produced the first national Spanish-language comedy pay-per-view special, MUERTOS DE LA RISA, which was distributed through Blockbuster stores. As CEO of Viva Cable Television Network, he oversaw innovative Spanish bilingual news and network programming nationally via the International Channel Network, distributed on 128-cable stations and various commercial television affiliates.
Carreño has developed numerous national projects funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the Wisconsin Humanities Council. Carreño served as Executive Producer for The Latino Consortium/KCET’s production of SANTEROS, directed by Raymond Telles. Carreno’s television and film work will be archived in the Somos Latino Digital History Project in partnership with the Wisconsin Historical Society focusing on Latino leaders and activists in the last century, highlighting the historical and current contributions of Latinx communities in the state and weaving them into the fabric of Wisconsin's history.

Raymond Telles
Producer/Director
Raymond's Telles thirty-five year career in film and television includes the production of numerous award-winning documentaries and news magazine segments. He has produced and directed for PBS, ABC, NBC, National Geographic, Discovery and Univision.
His films have received support from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the Independent Television Service (ITVS) and Latino Public Broadcasting (LPB).
Among the more than 30 documentaries Telles has produced and directed are The Peril and the Promise: Episode 6 of the PBS “Latino Americans” Series (George Foster Peabody Award); Inside the Body Trade; National Geographic Explorer; The Storm that Swept Mexico, a feature-length history of the Mexican Revolution and FRONTLINE: Children of the Night, winner of a DuPont-Columbia Gold Baton.
Nesabel (Nes) Dumon - Carreño

Nesabel Dumon - Carreño is a core team member of our media team working on our film, television documentary and new media commercial projects. She has managed, directed and implemented media projects for IsComp Systems, Inc., Concrete Advertising, and C&C Associates and many others.
Nes has managed creative staff members, developed research studies, cleared rights, researched archive film documentation and images for such projects as: The City of Los Angeles - Emergency Management Website (ReadyLA.Org), The County of Los Angeles - Surge Unit Volunteers Legal Offices George L. Mallory and R&D Market Research Plan for The County of Los Angeles – Surge Units.
She has worked on IsComp Systems’ client research and strategic planning projects and for numerous advertising campaigns. Nes has researched financial analytics and budgets for new business development in Asia for IsComp’s Systems, Inc. financial portfolio expansion.
